
- Regular tuition is $735; tuition for AWW alumni and local residents is $675 (this applies to returning participants or residents of Greene, Montgomery, Clark, Clinton, Fayette, Madison, and Warren counties).
- $125 of the tuition is required to register and is nonrefundable.
- Tuition is due in full by June 12, 2008.
- There is a $50 late fee for final payments after June 12,
2008.
: For cancellations received
on or before June 12, 2008, all fees except for the $125 deposit
will be refunded. For cancellations after June 12, 2008, no refund
will be made. Any fees already paid, less the nonrefundable $125
registration fee, may be applied to the following year’s
workshop.
The Antioch Writers' Workshop offers its participants contact
hours for teacher recertification. Attending all sessions of the
workshop will earn 35 contact hours. However, a participant may
choose among the sessions to receive their desired number of hours.
Certificates of attendance will be issued at the end of each individual
session, except for the intensives, for which the certificates
will be given at the end of the Friday session. A participant
may earn 4.0 contact hours each for the fiction, non-fiction,
poetry, and Writing Life morning sessions, 6.0 contact hours for
attending all evening sessions, and 12.0 contact hours for participating
in an intensive. Attending the Saturday keynote address is worth
1.0 contact hour. Please contact the AWW Director to sign up for
this program.
Antioch
Writers' Workshop participants may receive up to 4.5 hours of
graduate-level credit from Antioch University McGregor. Antioch's
regular rate is $175 per credit, however, they are offering our
participants the generously discounted rate of $100 per credit.
