On Saturday, July 12, you are invited to the opening banquet dinner.
The banquet is a wonderful opportunity to mix with our faculty,
staff, and other workshop participants. Banquet tickets may be
purchased for $20 each via our registration form or by contacting
the workshop director. Workshop participants may bring a guest
to the opening banquet. The keynote address immediately follows
the banquet.
The workshop will provide coffee, tea, and light breakfast snacks
each morning and will serve a box lunch on Sunday, July 13. Mid-week,
we’ll all take a break together for an informal dinner of
pizza and salad on Wednesday, July 16. There is no additional
charge to workshop participants for these meals.
For other meals during the workshop, participants can choose from
among Yellow Springs’ restaurants, cafés and gourmet
takeout shops, all within walking distance of the workshop venues.
Each morning we will announce where faculty members will be eating
lunch, so you can sign up to meet and chat informally with instructors.
There are a number of lodging options available to workshop
participants. Note that, when making your reservations, you’ll
want to stay from July 12 through July 18, with checkout on July
19 so that you’ll be able to attend the evening events on
the last day of the workshop.
